Kaiut Immersion Weekend: Roots to Integration

  • Wild Lotus Yoga Collective (map)

Give yourself a weekend to slow down, explore, and reconnect with your body.

Join Tuck3r for eight hours of Kaiut practice across four thoughtfully connected sessions. Through simple shapes, sustained attention, and an individualized approach, we’ll explore the feet, hips, spine, shoulders, and hands—discovering how work in one area resonates throughout the whole body.

The spacious immersion format offers time to move beyond the rhythm of a weekly class, notice familiar patterns, and explore new possibilities for mobility, stability, and ease. Each session builds on the last, with breaks between practices to rest and integrate.

Beginners and experienced Kaiut students are welcome. You don’t need to be flexible or know the postures—come with curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body. Guidance and adaptations will support you in finding your own way into the practice.

Our Weekend Together

Saturday, January 9

Deepen your exploration with focused attention to the extremities and their relationship to the whole. Create room for fresh experiences within familiar shapes.
