Subscription Agreement
Before we can practice yoga together on this platform, we need you to clearly understand the Terms of this Agreement and our Service Policies.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, UNDERSTAND FULLY, AND ASK QUESTIONS IF ANYTHING IS UNCLEAR. BY PURCHASING ANY OF THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS FEATURED IN OUR WEBSITE (WWW.TUCKERYOGA.COM) IN ITS DIFFERENT FORMATS YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE CONTENTS OF THIS DOCUMENT.
1. All classes are prepaid. To enjoy any class you need to purchase and schedule your classes online. You can do this by purchasing our Class Packs, Monthly or Yearly Pass or Drop-Ins. The classes are for your personal use only and a second person is not able to participate in a Drop-In unless you invite them through a Buddy Pass or they purchase a separate class by themselves.
2. A valid credit card must be on file at all times for all clients. The Monthly Pass requires direct billing to the card on file as well as Kaiut-Library and Archives memberships.
3. Tucker Yoga does not transfer or memberships or class packages from one client to another, or transfer payments from one package to a different class pack. If you wish to share one of your Drop-In Classes you may do so by purchasing it separately.
4. Monthly and Yearly Pass Members are entitled to a BUDDYPASS (Online Only), that allows you to invite a buddy to a Online Drop-In Class for free using the corresponding code. Monthly and Yearly Pass members can invite as many friends as they want to as long as their membership is active. This Pass is only available once per guest buddy, a member cannot use the BUDDYPASS with the same person more than once.
5. Tucker Yoga does not refund Drop-In (full price) purchased classes to Monthly/Yearly Unlimited members or Class Pack Holders that made the purchase by mistake without using the corresponding code. In case the member requires for a refund he/she/they will be charged a 4% comision to compensate the transaction refund bank commission.
6. To hold your Monthly Pass we require a 7-day notice prior to the next billing date. We do not offer holds on the Yearly Pass.
7. A membership can be canceled at any time by the client by logging into their account, however in case the client requires help to cancel their subscription we require a 7-day notice prior to the next billing date.
8. Yearly memberships may not be canceled nor refunded.
9. Tucker Yoga is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees.
10. Purchased Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exchanges.
11. Monthly 10 Class Pass and Monthly 5 Class Pass classes do not roll over month to month.
12. Teachers and classes are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice.
13. For in-person classes, cancellations or rescheduling of a reservation is not allowed less than 4 hours before the start of class time. Failure to show up for a registered time will result in the client’s class pass still being docked for the class and the client will receive a link to the recording of the online class of the day with 48 hour access.14. For the safety of our students and staff, we reserve the right to deny access to an in-person class for a student if they present COVID-19 symptoms. In this event, the client’s class pass will still be docked for the class and the client will receive a link to the recording of the online class of the day with 48 hour access.
