We would like to start the week by sharing something that applies to our practice--and to any other practice in general. ✨ As you approach the postures, I want you to notice whenever anything feels painful or intensely rigid. If that's the case, then we need to change the angle of our approach so that we aren’t in a place of struggle and we don’t do any damage to the system. 🧘‍♂️ On this occasion, we talk about what we can do to safely navigate through practice without risking injury. I met Beth when I was a vegangelical hippie high schooler hitting the contra dance floor as she expertly called out the moves. Years later, when she stepped into a workshop I was offering at AYC, I was excited to share my gifts with her. Who knew that would be the start of such an incredible journey for us both?
