Yoga means union, and this workshop is all about connection. Grab a loved one (partner, friend, or family member) and join us for a nourishing afternoon of shared movement, breath, and loving touch.
We’ll begin with a playful, all-levels Partner Yoga flow to ease tension and open the body. From there, we’ll move into grounding stretches and restorative Thai Massage techniques—gentle, assisted movements inspired by ancient Ayurvedic and Chinese healing systems.
No yoga or massage experience is necessary—just a willingness to show up, support, and be supported. This is a sweet opportunity to co-regulate your nervous systems, deepen communication, and experience the healing power of touch in a safe, heart-centered space.
