From my mat to yours, I present my Body Part Release Series. Join me every other Tuesday 5:30-6:30 PM at Laughing Elephant Yoga in Hendersonville, NC as I share my favorite ways to unwind tension, build resiliency, and support the major joints of the body. We will utilize pieces of various forms of practice to create a well-rounded, multifaceted approach. Enroll in the whole series or just drop in for select ones.

In this series, we will roll, stretch, strengthen, and feel our joints. Experience the benefits of increasing awareness, deepening presence, and promoting healthy biomechanical functioning of your body.
