Explore Historic Hot Springs

“Hot Springs Is A Tantalizing Destination for Meaningful Events

Hot springs has a long history. Used by First Nation inhabitants, the geothermal mineral waters…are pure and the French Broad River is majestic.  The people in town are friendly. Taking a hike on the Appalachian Trail brings another nod to past innovators who held their determined mission to preserve and protect our country’s beautiful wildernesses.“

COVID-19 Policies

In order to reduce the risk of exposure and transmission of the Covid-19 virus, we require that all retreat participants complete a negative Covid test within 24 hours of the retreat start date. Proof of negative test needs to be sent via text or email to Danielle Podlesny at dpmunchkinminders@gmail.com or (760) 494-8764.

In the event of a positive Covid test, no refund will be given for your space unless we can replace your spot with someone from the waitlist last minute.

Masks are not required while on your mat, but are recommended. Tucker and Beth will both wear masks while teaching indoors.

Good news! Due to recent updates on the state of COVID-19 in our area, we no longer require COVID tests to attend this retreat.

If the weather is nice, there is space to practice outside and/or have the barn doors of the practice space open for increased airflow. Masks are optional.
